This auction could feature consignments including, but not limited to, farm equipment, trailers, vehicles, semi trucks, livestock handling equipment, construction equipment, and other consignments. Shipping Instructions: Pleaae verify before auction about shipping options on small items. Auction company will not ship large equipment. It is your responsibility to make pick up arrangements. We will assist with loading. All items must be picked up within 10 business days of the auction BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do not own the land and will not be on site after the 10 days. Items left more than 10 business days will be forfeited and done away with by auction company or property owner. No refunds will be given for forfeited merchandise. We can provide names of possible delivery options. If hauling with a flat deck tractor and trailer, we prefer it be equipped with ramps or a drop deck if you are picking up something that has to be driven on. No defined loading docks.
Preview Date & Times: Inventory will be available for preview on Friday October 7h. 9-5
Checkout Date & Times: Items can be picked up on auction day, the following Monday 12-5, Tues 9-5, or by appointment. 770-710-1692 Kyle. All items must be picked up within 10 business days of auction.

All items are sold as is where is. It is your responsibility to check out the equipment or send your mechanic to check out the equipment before the auction. No warranty will be given or implied. If you are the winning bidder on site or online, the item is yours and no refund will be given. A bid means you agree and understand the terms. We will list the details as we get them from the consignor or as we know them, but that may or may not cover everything. Our staff and I will be glad to answer any questions to the best of our ability. All purchases must be removed within TEN BUSINESS DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
