Approval To gain Approval to bid on our auction you must complete our online secure form. Go to credit.landsboroughauctions.com. On this form you are required to provide your Credit Card and Firearms License/ Dealer information. Once you have completed the form and we have the appropriate information we will approve your account on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been approved. Firearms Canada a valid P.A.L. is required to purchase firearms in Canada. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on the Monday after the sale. An ATT will be provided for anyone that wishes to pick up their items. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases. If item has been purchased and bidder is unable import lots, the item or items will be sold at our next auction. Original buyer will be charge commission on the resale. Proceeds will be mailed following the auction with a cheque. Buyers Premium & Taxes All items purchased on Proxibid are subject to 15%. Taxes in Canada are Ontario 13%, Alberta 5%, British Columbia 12%, Manitoba 5%, New Brunswick 13%, Newfoundland 13%, Nova Scotia 15%, Nunavut 5%, Prince Edward Island 5%, Saskatchewan 5%, Yukon 5%. Item purchased and shipped outside of Canada are not subject to taxes.
