PLEASE READ: At the request of the auction company, this auction permits bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller's behalf. While Proxibid's Unified User Agreement prohibits this behavior, in accordance with UCC 2-328, this auction is permitted to engage in this activity by providing this clear disclosure to you, the bidder.
Special Terms
** Internet Bidding Terms and Conditions of Auction**
Registration: For identity verification purposes bidder must provide a valid credit card in order to be approved to participate in the auction. Bidder acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions of the Auction as printed hereon, as announced at time of Auction, including without limitation the following:
Internet Buyer's Premium: A twenty-percent (20%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid price for internet buyers.
Sales Tax: There will be a seven-percent (7%) Florida State Sales Tax for purchases picked up from the auction site or shipped within the State of Florida.

Auction Location: 2240 SW 34th St. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312
Pickup Instructions: Bring any necessary tools and equipment you may need to remove your items. Transport companies available for hire.
Payment: Notification of successful bids will be made immediately following the End of Auction. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. In the event that the buyer of any lot fails to pay the purchase price thereof when due, the Auctioneer shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to (a) Hold the Purchaser liable for the bid price; (b) Cancel the specific sale, retaining any and all payments made by the Purchaser as liquidated damages; or (c) Resell the property, without notice, at public or private sale. In such event, the original Purchaser shall be liable for any deficiency, sale costs, commission, storage and any extra expenses, including attorney's fees. In all of the above, the defaulting Purchaser will be solely responsible for the legal fees of both parties, if applicable. Venue for any litigation is agreed to be in Broward County, Florida. Please do not bid if you don’t plan to fully honor your obligation to adhere to all of these terms and conditions and pay your bill in full by the deadline announced, otherwise you will forfeit your right to participate in future auctions on Proxibid.
Payment Options: Acceptable forms of payment include Credit Card via Proxibid’s ATG Pay payment service by clicking Pay Now button on invoice and Bank Wire Transfers which instructions will be attached to invoice you receive from Proxibid after the auction. Lauro Auctioneers reserves the right to charge the credit card used for registration the full of amount of any unpaid balance if payment is not made with 4 hours following the auction. Buyer understands and agrees that there will be no chargebacks on the credit card for any reason.
We accept cash, cashier's checks made payable to Lauro Auctioneers & bank wire transfers for onsite bidders. We accept bank wire transfers & credit card payments via Proxibid's ATG Pay for online bidders using Proxibid.
Checkout: Checkout Starts Monday April 7, 2025 immediately following the auction until 4:00pm. Removal of all items must be completed by Wednesday April 9, 2025 by 4:00pm (Unless other arrangements have been made with Auctioneer).
Shipping: Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All lots must be removed from the auction site by Wednesday April 9, 2025 by 4:00pm. Any lot not removed from the auction site by Wednesday April 9, 2025 by 4:00pm will be deemed abandoned and be promptly disposed of or resold for Auctioneer's account.
Liability: All persons attending the auction or removing goods assume all risk of damage or loss to persons or property. The Auctioneer, Auction Company and Seller shall be released from any and all liability.
Bids: The highest bidder to be the buyer. If during the auction the Auctioneer considers that a dispute has arisen he has absolute authority to settle it or to re-offer the lot. The auctioneer may elect to award tie bids to the floor bidder, if applicable. Auctioneer reserves the right to place bids on behalf of absentee bidders who don’t have an online account with Proxibid.
Warranty: Catalogs and brochures are descriptive guides only, in which we have tried to provide the best information possible, but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed or warranted. Auctioneer will not be liable for any errors or omissions. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied. Lauro Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw any item in the auction at any time for any reason. All items are available for your examination online only prior to bidding. Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items online as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. All measurements are approximate. Bidders acknowledge that all lots were available online only for inspection prior to the auction and that they relied solely on their own inspection of the lots and not on any information listed in the catalog or otherwise provided by the Auctioneer, the auction staff or Seller. Our goal is to provide prospective bidders with accurate and detailed information. We recommend prospective bidders examine all items online in which they have an interest. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation online leave uncertainty in your mind, we recommend you not bid on the item in question. We do not give refunds. All sales are final.
Service: Lauro Auctioneers will not be held responsible should the internet service not function properly during the auction. These conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
