FINAL INVIOCE: Final invoices will be sent within 10 business days after the conclusion of the auction (sometimes longer) via Proxibid. Final Invoices will include your total purchases, shipping and handling, buyers premium, and sales tax. For resellers with a resale license on file with LeMar Auction sales tax will not be included. PAYMENT TYPES: For internet buyers we accept Visa and MasterCard ONLY. If the item(s) is/are picked up at our location you may pay with check, cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. A $25 fee will be charged on all declined purchases. INTERNET BUYERS CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Credit cards on File with Proxibid will be charged for the total invoiced amount 1-3 business following the issuance of the FINAL INVOICE. Please ensure that you have the appropriate amount of funds on your credit card to cover the invoice amount. In the event that your card is declined, you will be charged a $25.00 fee as this is the fee we are charged by ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR YOUR CARD TO BE CHARGED AFTER THE AUCTION DEPENDING ON THE TIMING OF YOUR SHIPPING. INTERNET BUYERS PICK-UP: Local Internet Buyers, LeMar Auction is changing your policy regarding Payment and Pick-up. For those local buyers who bid On-Line, please ensure that you Pick-Up your items within 48hours or make special arrangements. For those buyers that do not pick up your items, your Credit Card on file with Proxibid will be charged for the full invoice amount. In the event the items are not picked-up within 10 days, all items will be subject to being resold and no refund will be given. SHIPPING: Please allow up to two weeks for shipping prior to contacting LeMar Auctions unless you have a special shipping request.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping will be handled by LeMar Auctions and Estate Services. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority flat rate boxes. Please email us within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction if you prefer an alternative shipment method. Absent a request for an alternative shipping method, all final invoices will include shipping cost associated with the flat rate box(es) utilized. We will combine as much as possible to save you money if the items are secure & safe. We are charging a $5 Handling and Packing fee per package, not per item. Items will be shipped within 5 business days of payment. Small packages will be shipped by LeMar. Furniture items shall be picked up or arranged to be shipped by the buyer. ALLOW 2 WEEKS TO SHIP Due to the extensive amount of items that are purchased on shelf lots via online, a minimum of $10 handling will be charged. You must take all of the items purchased. We will not pick out certain items to lighten the shipping cost.
