Payment Instructions: All payments are due in US funds by cash, Check, or Bank Wire Transfer at conclusion of auction. We need to have payment in our possession within 48 hours (two business days) and before any item leaves the auction site. We accept Debit and Credit Cards and we will charge a 4% fee for processing this method of payment. We prefer credit cards be used only for invoice purchases less than $4000. We appreciate wire transfers but will accept checks with a bank letter and from customers that we have on our approved list. Please use overnight letters to our office address. All monies including the buyers premium for this auction will be paid directly to Leaman Auctions Ltd. We reserve the right to hold any purchases till payments clear. If we don't know you and you want to load the next day you need to use a wire transfer. We will charge a 4% fee for processing credit card payments and prefer credit cards be used for invoice purchases less than $4000. Shipping Instructions: For items less than 100 lbs that meet their dimensional requirements we will offer shipping by UPS or USPS at cost plus a $15 fee for packaging. This charge will be a separate cost and charge that will be billed to your CC For items that are deemed by us to be truck freight and or pickup by purchaser only, We will provide storage (max of 2 weeks) unless other arrangements are made and access to the item by your carrier. Packaging will be between you and whoever you hire to transport it. FOR LARGE ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT; Seller and Auction company will assist in loading out of equipment. There is no charge for help on a "normal" load out. Buyer agrees to indemnify and will hold harmless Leaman Auctions Ltd. and the seller against all liability, loss, cost, damages and other expenses arising from loading out on the buyers behalf.
