We need to have payment in our possession within 48 hours (two business days) and before any item leaves the auction site. We accept Debit and Credit Cards and we will charge a 3% fee for processing this method of payment. We prefer credit cards be used only for invoice purchases less than $3000. We appreciate wire transfers but will accept checks with a bank letter and from customers that we have on our approved list. Please use overnight letters to our office address. All monies including the buyers premium for this auction will be paid directly to Leaman Auctions Ltd. We reserve the right to hold any purchases till payments clear. If we don't know you and you want to load the next day you need to use a wire transfer. We will charge a 3% fee for processing credit card payments and prefer credit cards be used for invoice purchases less than $3000.

Shipping Instructions: For items less than 150 lbs that meet their dimensional requirements we will be shipping by UPS or USPS at cost plus a nominal fee for packaging. For items that are truck freight and needing palletized there will be a minimum fee of $50. If it needs boxing or is fragile the cost will be higher. FOR LARGE ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT; Seller and Auction company will assist in loading out of equipment. There is no charge for help on a "normal" load out. Buyer agrees to indemnify and will hold harmless Leaman Auctions Ltd. and the seller against all liability, loss, cost, damages and other expenses arising from loading out on the buyers behalf. Tear down time and any extra costs accumulated will be charged to the buyer and collected when the truck is loaded. HOWEVER, Longer term storage is available w/ arrangements. Do not hold back on your interest in an item over fear of shipping time requirements.

1991 JD 4755 mfd, S# RW4755P 007141 one owner, PS, 2630 original hrs on 20.8R X 38 tires w/ matching factory duals @85% tread, full set ft weights, ft fenders, and three remotes, and quick hitch; This tractor was sold new by Adamstown Equipment (now Deer Country) and in 2013 it went back to their shop for some maintenance and repairs. Due to some issues found it was given an engine overhaul. The shop bill was north of 17K see attachment above. Has only been used 300 hours since that time. Has been a good tractor for Juan and the hours showing are the original and correct!!
This tractor is in very good condition. Sold and serviced by Deer Country of Adamstown, Pa.

1964 JD 4010 S# 43673, syncro, wfe, recent flywheel, clutch etc This tractor is a restoration in progress, average to common in appearance; runs and drives. Is on 16.9 X 34 rear tires that are round and black, casings have breaks. The sheet metal is to be there it was just unbolted at the time of these photo's. This tractor runs but engine has what sounds like an injection knock that will need attention in near future, tractor needs battery's but starts and drives with a pull.

1952 JD Cyclone B, S# 281238 local barn find tractor with original Good Year Super Sure Grip 10 x 38" tires that are about 80% tread, rollomatic and straight sheet metal, runs and drives like new; One of the original front tires is damaged and the seat is not perfect anymore, but it sure looks original and is too good to restore!! Carl purchased this from a neighbor and it is an excellent example of the last production year of the small 2 cylinder tractors. The original cultivators are included in this lot and are going with the tractor.
