Payment Instructions: All payments are due in US funds by cash, Check, or Bank Wire Transfer at conclusion of auction. We need to have payment in our possession within 48 hours (two business days) and before any item leaves the auction site. We accept Debit and Credit Cards and we will charge a 4% fee for processing this method of payment. We appreciate wire transfers but will accept checks with a bank letter and from customers that we have on our approved list. Please use overnight letters to our office address. All monies including the buyers premium for this auction will be paid directly to Leaman Auctions Ltd. We reserve the right to hold any purchases till payments clear. If we don't know you and you want to load the next day you need to use a wire transfer. All items MUST be paid for in full, the day of the auction and before removal for ONSITE BUYERS. We reserve the right to hold any item until check is cleared. If you are unknown to the Auction Co and you wish to load out immediately after the auction; you MUST be prepared to pay for your purchase(s) via bank wire BEFORE LOADING Or, bring a bank letter of guarantee made specifically for Leaman Auctions, Ltd. along with a direct or cell phone number and the name of the bank employee who authorized it. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED AFTER THE SALE (for purchases $5,000 and under). Please make sure that your card on file w/ Proxibid is current. Any declined transactions will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. If you do not want your credit card charged you need to contact us prior to day of auction.

Shipping Instructions: For items less than 150 lbs that meet their dimensional requirements we will be shipping by UPS or USPS at cost plus a nominal fee for packaging. For items that are truck freight and needing palletized there will be a minimum fee of $50. If it needs boxing or is fragile the cost will be higher. FOR LARGE ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT; Seller and Auction company will assist in loading out of equipment. There is no charge for help on a 'normal' load out. Buyer agrees to indemnify and will hold harmless Leaman Auctions Ltd. and the seller against all liability, loss, cost, damages and other expenses arising from loading out on the buyers behalf. Tear down time and any extra costs accumulated will be charged to the buyer and collected when the truck is loaded. HOWEVER, Longer term storage is available w/ arrangements. Do not hold back on your interest in an item over fear of shipping time requirements.

Checkout Date & Times: We would like everything offsite March 4, 2023. If you need to store your item you need to contact us and there will be a charge.
