Payment Instructions: All payments are due in US funds by cash, Check, or Bank Wire Transfer at conclusion of auction. We need to have payment in our possession within 48 hours (two business days) and before any item leaves the auction site. We accept Debit and Credit Cards and we will charge a 3% fee for processing this method of payment. We prefer credit cards be used only for invoice purchases less than $3000. We appreciate wire transfers but will accept checks with a bank letter and from customers that we have on our approved list. Please use overnight letters to our office address. All monies including the buyers premium for this auction will be paid directly to Leaman Auctions Ltd. We reserve the right to hold any purchases till payments clear. If we don't know you and you want to load the next day you need to use a wire transfer. We will charge a 3% fee for processing credit card payments and prefer credit cards be used for invoice purchases less than $3000. Buyer's Premium is 7% up to $10K and 2% there after. Example; on a 10K purchase your BP is $700, for each dollar spent above 10K the BP is 2 cents. If you spend 12K the BP is $700 plus $40= $740. Basically for every $1000 spent above 10K costs an additional $20

Shipping Instructions: For items less than 150 lbs that meet their dimensional requirements we will be shipping by UPS or USPS at cost plus a nominal fee for packaging. For items that are truck freight and needing palletized there will be a fee of $50. If it needs boxing or is fragile the cost will be higher. FOR LARGE ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT; Seller and Auction company will assist in loading out of equipment. There is no charge for help on a "normal" load out. Buyer agrees to indemnify and will hold harmless Leaman Auctions Ltd. and the seller against all liability, loss, cost, damages and other expenses arising from loading out on the buyers behalf. Tear down time and any extra costs accumulated in assisting the load out of purchases will be charged to the buyer and collected when the truck is loaded. All items to be removed by June 12th. HOWEVER, Longer term storage is available at reasonable costs. Do not hold back on your interest in an item over fear of shipping time requirements.

Checkout Date & Times: Items need to be out by end of day June 12th . We have longer term storage available. Do not hold back on your interest in an item over fear of shipping time requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Location: 3258 Edenville Rd., Chambersburg, PA 17202
Driving Directions: Just north of the PA/MD Border on Interstate 81 find the exit for US Rt. 30, go west 1.7 miles into Chambersburg and turn right on N. Franklin Street. Follow to Y, stay left and follow Edenville Rd. for approx. 2.5 miles to auction site. Remain on Edenville Rd. by staying left at each Y and follow it to the auction site. Directional signs will be posted.

All items are sold as is where is and in units of measure as announced at time of sale. All statements made on date and at auction site take precedence over any advertisements. We will do our best to describe and announce accurately any faults or strengths of an item. BUT, It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain that the product will meet his expectations and needs. You are welcome to come and view the items before the auction. When the "hammer " drops it becomes your property !! By bidding on an item you accept our terms and the condition of the item Do Not Bid if you are prone to buyers remorse!!
