Description

We are selling at the request of the Owners, the personal and business assets for several companies and for a select few consignors. This auction is being performed in order to liquidate their assets to settle other obligations and fund other ventures. We will be sellling shop tools, hand tools, trucks, tractors, excavators, telehandlers, attachments and other items. This auciton is being conducted simulcast on two diffrent platforms and we ask that you only bid on it from one. Phone bids are accepted from pre approved bidders.

Payment Instructions: PAYMENTS: Are due on the day of the auction!!! Wire transfers are due within 24hrs. Cash only accepted on the day of the auction! Pre-approved checks are accepted with a bank letter of guarantee only within 24 hrs of auction ending. Credit cards will be processed for all online buyers whose invoice is less than $1,000 at the end of business on sale day subject to all fees and taxes and no refunds will be given. Buyer's Premium is tiered. 10% on first $1000, 5% on 1,001-10,000 and 3% on 10,001-20,000 and 2% on the balance. Example: ( if you buy an item for $500 you will have a buyer's premium of $50, if your bid is for $8000 your buyers premium will be $450, if your item is $30,000 the BP will be $1050) All premiums are based on the 4% cash discount and 4% online fees not being incurred. Online buyer's fee add 4% and all balances processed on credit cards will incur an additional 4%. All items are subject to Texas sales and use taxes (8.25%) and TERP tax (1.5% applying to those pieces with 50 hp diesel engines), unless proper documentation is provided omitting sales taxes, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! all vehicle and trailer taxes will be collected at the time of registration NOT AT THE AUCTION. All vehicles with titles are subject to $25 processing fee. No refunds nor returns! If payment is not received within 48 hours each item will be subject to a 10% late payment penalty. Also, the incident will be reported to Proxibid for late/nonpayment.

Shipping Instructions: SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Please contact LEAP Auctions LLC for specific shipping and handling expectations. General requirements are confirmed payment in full, name and contact info for whomever is responsible for hauling and a bill of lading provided prior to pick up by any 3rd party transporters. No item will be available for shipping prior to the conformation of their funds clearing the bank. Any and all shipping and loading charges or cost are the Buyer’s sole responsibility. All items are sold FOB at their described location. If a 3rd party is being used then a signed bill of lading is required to be emailed to info@leapauctions.com prior to loading. There is the possibility of assistance with loading, however not guaranteed. Pick up will be available during most normal business hours with 24 hour notice, it is likely that other arrangements can be made, at the designated address for each piece of equipment. However, this feature is solely at seller’s digression and availability.

Driving Directions: LOCATION: Auction site is 1 mile south of the William D Fitch Exit on South SH6 in College Station (next to Briggs Equipment). However, some items will be sold off site virtually.
