Opening bids are LOW and do not reflect the value of any item. Buyer premium of 19% and 10% on Lot 88 (SUV). Photos are part of the description, please view them ALL prior to bidding on an item.
SOME ITEMS are PICKUP ONLY; please know this prior to bidding on that item. Tools/garage items and Ammunition are pickup only. Pickup day at the estate in CRESCO, PA 18326 is SATURDAY, JAN 27 from 12:00 - 2:30 PM ONLY.
YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, all items are sold as-is, where-is.
Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your own expertise when bidding. We encourage you to ask if you seek further clarity.
FIREARMS: BATF rules and regulations are strictly followed. Firearms have not been test fired; have a qualified gunsmith inspect each firearm before firing. KNOW YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS regarding certain firearms that are allowed and/or banned.
VEHICLE: Reduced buyer premium. Winning bidder receives a Bill of Sale to include VIN, make, model, year, selling price, as-is condition, signatures. For payment, only cash or cashiers check will be accepted for this lot. VEHICLE WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP/REMOVAL ON JAN 27TH IF PAID IN FULL IN CASH. Winning bidder of Lot 88 will have a $500 HOLD placed on his/her credit card as security deposit. The hold will be released, and vehicle and clear title will be released, once other payment has cleared.
PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment may result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. Checks (which must clear before item is released) are also accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT PA 18330.
CREDIT LIMIT: Credit card payments may not exceed $5,000. If the balance due exceeds this, the remaining balance shall be paid via cash or check. No items will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank account.
PICKUP/REMOVAL: Pickup in-person for any item is welcomed. Your printed invoice and ID is required. PICKUP DAY AT THE ESTATE IN CRESCO, PA 18326 IS SATURDAY, JAN 27 FROM 12:00 - 2:30 PM ONLY. If you win both pickup and shippable items, ALL your winnings will be at the estate for pickup (except firearms). Please bring helpers, tools, and supplies to safely transport your winnings, as none will be provided. Items not picked-up by the close of the removal period are abandoned to the Auctioneer. No refunds will be processed.
SHIPPING: Most lots are shippable via The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA. Items will be delivered there by 1/27. A UPS Store rep. will contact you directly for payment when your package is ready.
FIREARMS SHIPPING/PICKUP: The FFL license from you or your local shop must be emailed to RICH@BIDLEGACY.COM with an indication in the email of at least your name for identification. Firearms will ship via USPS for label cost + $20 per long gun, or + $10 per handgun. Winners are welcome to pickup/transfer their winnings in Lake Ariel, PA 18436 by appointment only starting the week of 1/28. There is a $20 per firearm transfer fee. Firearms will start to ship around 1/28. Email FFL copies to: rich@bidlegacy.com If firearms are not received in time shipment of that firearm will be delayed for weeks until we ship again.
