NO firearms were test-fired by us. Each firearm should be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing.

SHIPPING FEE: USPS label at cost +$10 per handgun, +$20 per long gun.

LOCAL TRANSFERS: Transfers locally in person by appointment only with Pat Farley FFL in White Mills, PA; $25 for first, $10 for others.

SHIPPING INFO: Ask your local FFL dealer to email a scan [NOT a photo] of its license to SOLD@bidlegacy.com by 12 Noon ET MONDAY, OCTOBER 16TH. Firearms that do not require transfer will sent directly to the buyer.
SHIPPING PERIOD IS LIMITED and ends 4pm ET on Thursday 10/19. Firearm shipping, and pick up will start on Tuesday, 10/17, none will take place before then.
Please do not delay sending FFL License Copy.
Firearms will be shipped by Legacy Auction & Realty to licensed FFL Dealers only or C&R holders as applicable.
No firearms will be shipped outside the United States.
Unless noted otherwise in each firearm lot, all firearms will
require FFL transfer.

All non-firearms such as stocks etc. may be enclosed in the firearm box to minimize expense, OR
they will be separately packaged and shipped via The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA.
All items that are not firearms or included in a firearm package will be shipped via The UPS Store.
We do not ship non-firearms directly from us.
Items not claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale; no refund will be processed.

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed by midnight on auction day.
Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases.
Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform.
