Opening bids are always LOW and do not reflect the true value of any item. PHOTOS are the description; please view them all. You are bidding on the items shown. YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. We encourage and welcome any and all questions BEFORE placing a bid, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are sold as-is, where-is. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty the authenticity of any item. All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guaranties. All sales are final. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment may result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. USPS money orders or checks (which must clear before item is released) are also accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT PA 18330.
SHIPPING: Shipping services are through The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA, at buyer expense. Items will be delivered to The UPS Store within 3 business days following the auction. The UPS Store will contact you directly for delivery timing and payment when your package is ready. The UPS Store professionally packages, insures, and ships your valuables. Quality packaging and shipping is sometimes expensive, especially for large, heavy and/or expensive items. We have no control over prices charged for these services. For any questions regarding items to be shipped via The UPS Store, please call 570-839-8010. An estimate of the shipping cost will be cheerfully provided at your request. Items can also be picked up at the UPS Store at no cost to the buyer.
PICKUP: Pickup in person for any item is welcomed; if you wish to arrange pickup, please contact us within 24 hours following the sale. Winning bidders are welcome to pick up items at The UPS Store; please call first to ensure your item has arrived. Items not picked-up or claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale.

Herend Porcelain Tortoise and Hare Figurine

This large figurine with scalloped fishnet design and 24K gold accents.
The hare is painted in blue while the turtle?s body has a pink-colored fishnet pattern with the shell done in turquoise, salmon, black and gold.
The piece is marked Kingdom Classic 2004 and has the Herend logo and number.
This is a larger figurine measuring 8 inches tall.
