INVOICE & PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders following the sale. Please ensure the credit card account number and expiration date are accurate and your cc can bear the weight of your purchases. Payment delays will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. Items may be paid in cash at pickup by your advance notification. The auction platform collects sales tax on all taxable items. If you are tax-exempt, you must file your certificate with them. We have NO way to add or remove sales tax. If paying cash in person, we will collect the PA sales tax required. If payment is not received 72 hours following the sale, your credit card payment will be automatically processed (Autopay). Credit Card/Venmo/PayPal payments are assessed a 3.5% convenience fee, as detailed on your invoice.
