No credit card transaction accepted over $4,000 payment. If over $4,000 the remaining balance must be paid in another form as described below.
In full payment must be made by 1PM ET SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th, 2022 in the form of Credit Card, Wire transfer, or Cash at pickup.
No checks will be accepted.
No item will be released until paid in full.
Winning bidders must notify us immediately following the auction on how they intend to pay.
6% PA Sales Tax will be charged as it is a multi-consignor sale. If you are PA Tax exempt please submit the form via Proxibid. Only PA exemptions are valid.
Please make sure your credit card on file with Proxibid is current, valid, and can bear the weight of your purchases.
Non-paying bidders will be barred from future auctions and turned over to Proxibid to be black flagged from future and other auction company sales.

Shipping is provided by The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA.
We will deliver the items to them the week of 9/12.
They will have a lot to ship, please be patient, this is not Amazon Prime.

Your PRINTED invoice and Photo ID is required.
Removal is rain or shine.
Please bring adequate equipment and helpers to safely remove your equipment, as none will be provided.

Lots not removed by the end of the removal period will be considered abandoned to the Auctioneer.
