PICKUP / REMOVAL: Saturday, June 29th, 11:30am - 1:30pm only in Pocono Manor, PA. Address will be provided to winning bidders. Govt photo ID, and invoice are required for removal. Items noted as NON-shippable will be abandoned to the seller if not removed by the close of the removal period.

SHIPPING: MANY items cannot be shipped as shown in the title and description, please read each lot you are interested in. The UPS Store, Mt. Pocono, PA. does all of the shipping for this auction. They have been shipping for us for 14 years, no items have arrived broken, or gone missing, good service is not inexpensive. Items that can be shipped will be delivered to The UPS Store by us the week of 7/1. They WILL CONTACT YOU when your shipment is ready, they will get your cc info from you at that time to pay for service. Items not claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale; no refund will be processed.

Items located in the home do not have a preview date. Address will be provided roughly 24 hours prior

PAYMENT: Invoices are sent to winning bidders following the sale. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and your credit card can bear the weight of your purchases. Payment delays will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. Items may be paid in cash at pickup. If payment is not received 72 hours following the sale, your credit card payment will be automatically processed (Autopay). Credit Card payments are assessed a 3.5% convenience fee, detailed on your invoice.

ACCOUNT SECURITY: The security of your bidder account is your sole responsibility. The bidder is financially responsible for all bids placed under its account. If at any time you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Proxibid, LiveAuctioneers, and Auctioneer immediately.
