The winning bidder, or other responsible person you bring must be able to safely operate, load, and transport all equipment.
Equipment is at a residential location, no loading dock is available.

Be sure to bring your own help, and loading equipment.
Lots not removed by the end of the removal period will be considered abandoned to the Seller. No refunds will be processed.
No equipment will be released until balance is paid in full.
PAYMENT: Once the auction is complete, invoices are sent via email. You may pay for the items awarded to you through the new [PAY NOW] button on your invoice. It is available in the email and within your Proxibid account. Please alert us immediately after the sale if you'd like to pay with an alternate method.
OTHER PAYMENT: Cash payments are gladly accepted at pick-up, with no processing fee. Bank Wire is accepted as a payment method, add a $15 bank fee. PayPal is accepted, to include the processing fee shown on your invoice. Your CC on file may be processed if payment is neither made nor arranged by 72 hours post-sale. Maximum $5,000 purchase on a credit card. A non-refundable $500 deposit fee will be placed following the sale on any balances exceeding $3,000
Sales tax will be charged. If paying in via Proxibid they collect the tax, if paying cash in person Legacy Auction & Realty will collect and pay the tax.
