Any items not picked up within the given window and not possessing alternate pick-up arrangements will be deemed abandoned after 10 business days from the auction. Any legal matters or disputes that may arise will be handled in mediation and will take place in Washington County, Texas in a location deemed fitting by Legacy Auction Services, LLC and its representatives.
