The tires have approximately 40% tread life remaining. Inside, the cab is clean with only minor cosmetic imperfections, while the sleeper area is well-maintained and in good condition. 2007 Genie S-40 Up for Auction. This 2007 Genie S-40 runs and operates as expected. The machine drives from the basket, and all operational controls function, except for the boom lift feature in the basket. However, the boom can be raised from the ground control panel. 

NOTE: There is a broken hydrualic line, therfore the right side rear tire and wheel will not turn. 

2017 CAT 289D Skid Steer Up for Auction. This 2016 CAT 289D starts and runs, though visible smoke was present upon startup until the engine warmed up. The interior shows typical wear from use, while the exterior is in good condition. See attached videos and pictures.
