If ANY Equipment is not picked up after 30 Days Following the date of auction the equipment will be considered abandoned and we resell the item with no compensation to the buyer. -Leverton Auction Services, is NOT responsible for any damage to equipment while being hauled, once equipment has departed from pickup location it is the Transporter and Buyers responsibility.

We encourage all bidders to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. If you choose to not do so you are accepting the equipment in AS IS CONDITION with all FAULTS. -Sales tax is included on ALL SALES. Please contact Leverton Auction Services if you are, FARM, AG, DEALER or out of state with applicable proof of exemption, to have tax removed from your invoice. - -Leverton Auction Services mails ALL titles within 10-14 days of funds received.
