There will be a $50.00 storage fee for any day there after. If ANY Equipment is not picked up after 30 Days Following the date of auction the equipment will be considered abandoned and we resell the item with no compensation to the buyer. -Leverton Auction Services, is NOT responsible for any damage to equipment while being hauled, once equipment has departed from pickup location it is the “Hauler” and Buyers responsibility.

Please contact Leverton Auction Services if you are, FARM, AG, DEALER or out of state with applicable proof of exemption, to have tax removed from your invoice. - -Leverton Auction Services mails ALL titles within 10-14 days of funds received. ALL Equipment must be picked up before title can be mailed out. We will be happy to send copies upon request.
