Payment Instructions: At the conclusion of the auction, we will immediately charge your credit card on file for your purchases. if you are outside of the local area, we will package your item and determine shipping charges. You credit card will be billed again to cover those costs. Local bidders may come in and pay cash, check or charge. There is no additional charge for local pickup. You will NOT pay shipping. Georgia Residents without a tax exemption on file will be charged state sales tax either on your invoice or as an addition to your shipping costs.

Shipping Instructions: All items shipped will be subject to fees for packaging materials and labor in addition to charges for actual shipping. In general, we will ship any item 4 lbs or less via priority mail. Items weighing 5 lbs or more will be shipped by UPS Ground. Books or recorded material will be shipped by U.S. Postal Media Mail. Handling fees are based on weight and range from $2 for packaged under 3 lbs up to $25 for packages over 80 lbs. We will use Flat Rate whipping when possible and when it makes a drastic difference in shipping costs. Any deviation from this formula must be approved prior to your bidding. Charges for items which require freight shipping must be obtained by emailing or calling us prior to your bid. We strive to ship packages within 2 days. In the case of consignment auctions, we may hold shipping until after the payments clear (usually within 3 days).
