Payment Instructions: All items must be paid for in full by USD at conclusion of sale or Monday by 3pm CST for online buyers. ACCEPTABLE forms of payment include cash, cashier's check, personal or COMPANY check accompanied by bank letter of guarantee, wire transfers, and/or credit cards are accepted for sales up to $3,000 with a 3% convenience fee. Buyers must pay Tennessee sales tax on items when applicable. Lickskillet Auction Company must be named in bank guarantee. Bank guarantees can be faxed to auction office prior to sale at 931-498-2019.

Preview Date & Times: Friday April 29th from 10am-7pm and Saturday before sale begins.
Checkout Date & Times: All purchases must be removed from auction site within 10 days of auction conclusion. Buyers will be charged $25 per day storage fee after 10 days. Items not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned.

Special Terms

Terms: 10% buyers premium will be collected from all buyers on all items up to $5,000 with an additional premium 5% on amounts greater than $5,000, with no cap. An additional 3% service fee will apply to online bidders. All sales are final as is, where is. All items MUST be self insured. All descriptions are made in good faith, but it is the buyer's sole responsibility to inspect items. Catalog is a guide with no warranty or guarantees. All auction day announcements will supersede catalog descriptions. Buyer acknowledges that ProxiBid is a service dependant on the internet. Auction company is not liable for missed bids due to connectivity issues.
