1915, German made Luger, from WW!. Military issue DWM with 4 imperial unit marks on right side of slide. Very nice Luger with original blued finish, strawed small parts and checkered walnut grips. Marked with a clear DWM on top. All matching and clear "00" serial numbers except for magazine. 4 inch barrel and good bore for its age. Front fixed sight and barrel tip have some mars and oxidization. Slight pitting on bottom of trigger guard and excellent darkening on trigger from handling. Left side safety behind top of pistol grip. Strawed magazine drop on left side behind trigger. Lanyard ring on top, back side of pistol grip. Date stamped 1916, German made Artillery Luger from WWI with 8 inch barrel. Military issue DWM with 4 imperial units marked on right side of slide. Original blueing is visible with pitting around barrel tip, front fixed sight and various spots along slide. 800 meter rear adjustable sight is correct with matching serial number and in good working order. All serial numbers are matching except magazine. Excellent DWM engraved on top and all serial numbers are visible. Left side thumb safety is oxidized but retains some finish. Frame retains some blueing with strawed small parts and checkered pistol grips. Magazine release button behind trigger and lanyard ring on rear of gun above pistol grips. Trigger has some pitting and front and back sides of pistol grips have some oxidization. 2 piece, fine point, fully checkered walnut pistol grips in excellent condition for its age. Darkening of wood on pistol grips in high handling areas is typical and appeal to its use during war times.
