Terms of Sale The highest bidder for each lot shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, at the sole discretion of the auctioneer, the disputed lot shall be put up again at the last undisputed bid and resold. Buyer's Premium LIQUID ASSET PARTNERS LLC will charge and retain a non-negotiable 18% buyer's commission from the proceeds of any sale on the final bid of each lot sold ('Buyer's Premium'). Taxes Where required by law, Buyer shall pay to LIQUID ASSET PARTNERS LLC sales tax. Tax will be added to the purchase price of all purchased items, as well as the Buyer's Premium. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED DURING THE AUCTION SALE. 2. Pay your invoice in full. After payment is received in full by Liquid Asset Partners, a release form will be given to the buyer. This form MUST be shown to the store manager before any items will be released to the buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. Buyer is responsible for all removal, and needs to contact Liquid Asset Partners about removal procedures. 4. If there is any issues buyer MUST contact Liquid Asset Partners prior to removal of any items, so we can try to resolve any such issues. Removal terms For Meijer Auctions: Scheduled Appointments Only: Items will only be pulled for scheduled pickup appointments. Walk-ins or early arrivals may face delays. If you miss your appointment or arrive late, you may be required to wait until all on-time pickups have been completed, which could take several hours to the following day. Proper Equipment Required: You are responsible for bringing a properly sized vehicle or trailer. Many items are large, heavy, and may not fit in standard vehicles. If multiple trips are needed, you must schedule multiple appointments. Items left behind temporarily impede the loading of others and must be retrieved promptly. Third-Party Pickup: If a third party (including freight carriers) is picking up on your behalf, you must complete an Agent Authorization Form. Drivers must have all necessary details, including your name, the items being picked up, and required paperwork (e.g., Bill of Lading). Liquid Asset Partners and Meijer do not provide BOLs—this is your responsibility. Drivers must also load the items themselves; we recommend they bring a pallet jack if needed. Pickup Deadline: All items must be removed within the given removal window. Items not picked up within this window will be deemed abandoned with no refund issued. Additional Check-Out Procedures 1. Buyer is responsible for providing his own forklifts and material handling equipment to be used in the removal of Buyer's lots. 2. Small Lot Removal: LIQUID ASSET PARTNERS LLC is not responsible for any missing or lost small lots if they have not been removed within 24 hours of the conclusion of the sale. There will be NO removal of any lots until the auction is complete. 3. It is solely the Buyer's responsibility to properly remove all fluids, oils, hazardous chemicals, etc., from machinery purchased at this auction. All oils should be properly stored in the appropriate containers (sealed drums). 4. Failure to remove all lots by the removal date results in Buyer's violation of the terms of the auction sale, providing LIQUID ASSET PARTNERS LLC with the right to exercise any options. Buyer will be solely responsible for all costs of these options.
