The pistol retains nearly all of the nickel finish with some areas of frosting evident. The checkered medallion wood grips are in excellent condition with sharp checkering and the lanyard ring is retained. Remington Model 513T Match Master bolt action rifle, .22 Long Rifle caliber, Serial #NSNV. The rifle is in very good to nearly fine overall condition with a 27” bull ...morebarrel with a globe style front sight. The rear sights have been removed and the tap holes filled. The rifle retains approximately 90-95% of the blue finish with a case colored trigger. A period Redfield aperture sight has been added and there is significant case coloring on the bolt and bolt handle. The smooth wood stock is in very good condition with a beavertail fore end and a leather military style sling added. The bore is dirty and may clean to good, the action works well and the markings are crisp. The lot includes one correct magazine. Est.: $200-$400. (C+R).

Winchester Model 1894 lever action saddle ring carbine, .30 WCF caliber, Serial #809348. The carbine is in very good to nearly fine overall condition with a 20” barr...moreel with a full-length magazine. A King sight has been added at the front with a ladder style rear sight. The barrel and magazine retain a significant amount of thinning blue finish drifting to a dark patina. The receiver has gone to a mottled patina with original blue still evident in the protected areas and on the loading gate. The saddle ring is retained with “E.B.S.” stamped on the underside of the action, possibly indicating issue to a law enforcement agency. The smooth wood gumwood stock shows moderate to heavy use with dents, bruising and an extra coat of varnish added during the period of use. The smooth steel crescent butt plate is proud at the toe. The bore is bright, the action functions well and the markings are sharp on this saddle ring carbine circa 1917. Est.: $400-$800. (C+R).

Beautiful custom knife by Jim Moyer of Idaho City, Idaho. The Birdseye Damascus steel Bowie and custom sheath is in excellent condition with an overall length of 15”,...more the clip point blade is ¼” thick and 6 1/8” in length. The process to produce the Birdseye Damascus steel involves 20 layers of two types of steel and a significant number of man hours. The grip is constructed of Mule deer antler crown with brass handguard, stacked leather and red spacers. The hand tooled leather sheath is also in excellent condition. Our consignor won the knife in the Shoot! Magazine, 5th annual Cowboy benefit raffle in 2006. The lot includes all correspondence with the builder, including a letter where he tells the consignor the knife would retail for $1,200.00 and a copy of the May/June 2006 Shoot! Magazine with an article titled, “Moyer Knives” chronicling the knife’s construction. Est.: $600-$1,200.
