The rifle is in near fine condition overall, retaining approximately 95-97% original finish, the bore is mirror bright, with crisp markings. The stock is very good with minor chips out of the pistol grip, and minor scrapes and dents, but over all very nice. Butt is covered with a vintage leather cover. Clipped point Bowie knife marked, “James Westa, Lord St. Sheffield” with an “OK” trademark on the blade. The knife measures 11 ½” overall with a 7” blade showing a 3 ...more 3/8” clip to point. The blade shows light cleaning with minor pitting but is still at its original dimensions. The stag grip is in good condition, original scabbard with missing button hanger. Remington Model 1858 Army percussion revolver, .44 caliber, Serial #30016. The pistol is in fine overall condition with an 8” octagon barrel. The pistol retains a s...moreignificant amount of toning blue finish with the remainder going to patina, sharp edges on the barrel and a crisp barrel address. The smooth wood grips are nice with a faint cartouche on the left panel. The right panel has “FEB 20” hand etched into it and the butt has “CMCS 1907”. The brass trigger guard has taken on a taffy color and the pistol has numerous proofs and acceptance marks on the loader, cylinder, frame and barrel. The bore is good, the action works well and the markings are crisp. On this desirable Civil War era pistol. $600-$1,200. (Antique).

Lund who was in combat at t...morehe Battle of the Bulge as an officer and obtained from his daughter. 90%-95% original blue with minor surface erosion just starting, sharp and crisp grips, and bright bore. Accompanied by an unmarked German flap holster in good to very good condition. A nice rig. Provenance: Lt. Victor E. Lund served his country from WWII to Vietnam and returned as Colonel. He was awarded the bronze star with oak leaf cluster for valor and other awards and commendations. His unit during WWII was 3rd Bn., 285th Infantry, 76th Div. through 3 European WWII campaigns. U.S. Springfield Armory Model 1898 Krag-Jorgensen bolt action rifle, .30-40 Krag caliber, Serial #383232. The rifle is in very good plus to nearly fine overall condi...moretion with a 30” barrel with a ramped blade front and military tangent style rear sights. The barrel retains a significant amount of blue finish with the remainder drifting to dark patina. The receiver is a mottled silver/grey patina with traces of blue on the bolt. The smooth wood stock is in very good condition with mars and dents and a cartouche on the left side dated 1902 with a Circle P behind the trigger guard. The butt stock ends with a smooth steel butt plate with trap containing a correct segmented cleaning rod. The rifle includes a correct brown canvas, ”Philippines” sling, which was in service for only one year. The bore is bright, the action works well and the markings are crisp. $600-$1,200. (C+R).

British Enfield No. 4 Mk. II bolt action rifle, .303 British caliber, Serial #UF55A10693. The rifle is in excellent overall condition with a 25” barrel with a prote...morected blade front and folding military tanget style rear sights. The rifle was one of approximately 168,807 built by ROF Fazakerley for the Irish contract beginning November 1954. This particular gun is dated 1955. The rifle has all matching visible serial numbers including the stock. The Irish Republic ordered 50,000 of the later Enfield with the MK I Singer sight, two-stage trigger and smooth Beech wood stock with brass hardware. The bore is bright with traces of the original cosmoline, the action works well and the markings are sharp on this as new unissued Enfield. The lot includes a correct. Period gold canvas sling with brass hardware. Est.: $600-$1,200. (C+R).

Beautiful custom knife by Jim Moyer of Idaho City, Idaho. The Birdseye Damascus steel Bowie and custom sheath is in excellent condition with an overall length of 15”,...more the clip point blade is ¼” thick and 6 1/8” in length. The process to produce the Birdseye Damascus steel involves 20 layers of two types of steel and a significant number of man hours. The grip is constructed of Mule deer antler crown with brass handguard, stacked leather and red spacers. The hand tooled leather sheath is also in excellent condition. Our consignor won the knife in the Shoot! magazine, 5th annual Cowboy benefit raffle in 2006. The lot includes all correspondence with the builder, including a letter where he tells the consignor the knife would retail for $1,200.00 and a copy of the May/June 2006 Shoot! Magazine with an article titled, “Moyer Knives” chronicling the knife’s construction. Est.: $600-$1,200.
