If we call an item Sterling Silver it is either marked Sterling Silver or Sterling or 925 or it has been tested and if it has been tested to be sterling we will have it in the description that it is Sterling Silver but unmarked. If we do not mention that a stone is missing in a written description but the hole shows up clearly in a photo of the item, it is not returnable.
