1948 Buick Super

Lot # 027 (Sale Order: 27 of 81)

The postwar Buick promised that the new car would be “all the returning warriors have dreamed about” and apparently a few did dream about a Buick as they enjoyed an 18.9% market share. Super nameplates were now mounted on the front fender and more bright trim along the lower body. About 13,000 of these 4-door sedans were built. The Buick straight eight engine produced 110 HP with a new automatic choke.

1948 Chrysler Town & Country Convertible

Lot # 028 (Sale Order: 28 of 81)

VIN: 7408351 The excellent cosmetic condition of this automobile is readily apparent. The body and paint are original as far as I know. The interior is apparently an older restoration, but is of top quality cowhide. The top is of proper canvas. What is not apparent just looking at this car is that the engine has been completely rebuilt with all new parts. Literally every moving part in the engine has been replaced. This car would go 80 MPH all day long if it were legal. Everything on this car words – even the radio, spot lights, fog lights and electrical top. IN addition, hidden behind the tire in the trunk is a very robust negative to positive, 6 volt to 12 volt inverter that is connected to a hidden (under the dash) separate 12 volt fuse block that makes it possible to connect modern cellular phones, stereo and radar. It is very doubtful that you will find a car more mechanically sound.

1974 Jaguar E-Type Roadster

Lot # 030 (Sale Order: 30 of 81)

VIN: UE15241028W Mileage: 23,326 Engine: V-12 Incredible E-Type Roadster with only two owners from new. Absolutely a creampuff, this time capsule example comes with a great history and factory hardtop. One of the lowest mile originals in the world, this car drives like it just left the factory last week. The factory V-12 power is smooth and strong. The shifting precise and firm. Overall, it feels very tight and holds the road as if it was on rails. The prices of early E-Types have hit $400,000 USD, and this car features twice the cylinders in a world-class automobile.

2001 Porsche Boxster S

Lot # 031 (Sale Order: 31 of 81)

VIN: WP0CB2821U665164 Mileage: 51,887 Beautiful low-mile Boxster S from a retired Seattle school district teacher and administrator. She had a hard time getting in and out of the car in the last few years so the car is for sale. Finished in brilliant yellow with a black leather interior, it features the remarkably low mileage of 51,887. Only driven on sunny days, the car has always been coddled and cared for as a part of the family. It has always been a special use only car and needs nothing to enjoy as is. These cars are an absolute blast to drive and require very little maintenance. Perhaps the next classic or collectible from Porsche, buy this sweetheart now before prices rise in the future.

1953 DeSoto Powermaster

Lot # 033 (Sale Order: 32 of 81)

VIN: 50291245 Mileage: 56,448 The DeSoto Powermaster was built by the Chrysler Corporation from 1953 to 1954. The car “debuted” during DeSoto’s 25th anniversary, making it of even more interest to the consumer market. The Powermaster was offered in three models: pillared two and four-door sedans, as well as a station wagon model. Each car was powered by a Chrysler 250 in I6 engine. The car also featured a curved windshield rather than the two-piece windshield previously offered by DeSoto automobiles. Passenger compartment heaters, electric clocks, power brakes, power steering and white wall tires were all available as options. Check out the spectacular wood trim in the rear. This DeSoto Powermaster is a beautiful example of the bodacious and stylish 1950’s automobiles produced. The chrome is plentiful and exemplary, and the mauve-berry finish is eye-catching. The interior is incredibly original and in very nice condition. Great panel fit, no rust. The car has just had the brakes gone through and runs and drives beautifully. Formerly from the wine country in California, it still has its rifle scabbard in the back to place your shotgun or rifle in behind the driver’s seat in case you run into wild boars. An excellent beach cruiser, picnic-er or tailgater. Take it to Lake Havasu. Be the life of the party. Beautiful DeSoto.

1961 Triumph TR3 Roadster

Lot # 038 (Sale Order: 37 of 81)

Engine: 1991 cc Inline 4-Cylinder Transmission: 4-Speed Overdrive The Triumph TR3 is a sports car produced between 1955 and 1962 by Standard-Triumph in England. The face lifted variant, popularly but unofficially known as the TR3A, entered production in 1957 and the final version, unofficially the TR3B, was produced in 1962. The car was powered by a 1991 cc straight-4 OHV engine initially producing 95 bhp (71 kW; 96 PS) ,an increase of 5 hp over the TR2 thanks to the larger SU-H6 carburators fitted. This was later increased to 100 bhp at 5000 rpm by the addition of a “high port” cylinder head and enlarged manifold. The four-speed manual gearbox could be supplemented by an overdrive unit on the top three ratios, electrically operated and controlled by a switch on the dash. In 1956 the front brakes were changed from drums to discs, the TR3 thus becoming the first series production car to be so fitted. The suspension was by double A-arms, manganese bronze trunnion, coil springs and tube shocks at the front, optional anti-roll bar, and with worm and peg steering. Unlike MGs of the same period, the steering mechanism and linkage had considerable play and friction, which increased with wear. The rear was conventional leaf springs, with solid axle and lever arm dampers, except that the (box) frame rails were slung under the axle. The wheels were 15-inches in diameter and 4.5 inches wide (increased from 4 inches after the first few TR2s), with 48-spoke wire wheels optional. Wire wheels were usually painted, either body colour or Argent (silver), but matt chrome and bright chrome were also available. The front disc or drum brakes and rear drums had no servo assistance. The TR3's weight was significantly more than the Morgan Plus Four and the 356 Porsches, but not much more than the MGA and MGB. All except the Morgan, which shared the same engine, were substantially less powerful. Our TR3 had an exceptional “Concours” quality restoration started and nearly completed. It has outstanding paint and detail work. It needs very minor upholstery and detailing to be a national prize winner. It is amazingly nice cosmetically and an exceptional driver. It was owned by an enthusiast for decades. It is a rare and desirable color. This TR3 is one of the nicest examples available anywhere at any price.

2007 Honda Accord LX Sedan

Lot # 051 (Sale Order: 50 of 81)

TO BE SOLD AT NO RESERVE VIN: JHMCM56317C020250 Mileage: 33,199 Engine: 2.4L I4 Transmission: Automatic One elderly owner, under 34k miles, impeccable, accident-free car This 2007 Honda Accord LX is in great condition. In its lifetime the car has had only a single owner. Additionally, the car has low, low miles, only being driven 34,000 miles in the last seven years. Due to the little amount of use the car has had, both the interior and exterior look to be almost brand new. The eggshell paint is in great condition with no major scratches or dings and the body is straight and tight. It has a clean accident-free CarFax. Inside, this Honda also looks as though it has hardly ever seen a passenger. The seat upholstery is clean and in great condition as well as the headliner and interior door panels. The radio even still has the factory protective sticker to cover the display screen. In addition to incredibly low miles, this Honda has many great features that make it a safe and reliable driver. Powered by a healthy 2.4L inline-4 engine, this car starts and runs wonderfully with no smoking or sputtering. It features an automatic transmission with front wheel drive. Cruise control, rear window defogger and ABS brake system make this car safe and comfortable to drive.
