Consistent with photos taken of the “Indian Congress” members by Frank A. Rinehart and Adolph Muhr at the trans-Mississippi and international Exposition in 1898 in Omaha, Nebraska. He wears a bone necklace (breastplate) which, although correct Oglala costume, may have been a prop.
