He has collected and sold Native American Artifacts for 33 years, specializing in New York State material. Many items of this important collection have been illustrated and written about in magazines and books. Artifacts are from personal finds, important archaeologists, estates, and seasoned collectors. Dave is now 79 years young and believes it is time for others to enjoy and learn from his lifelong collection.
You will notice 50-60% of the collection has collection cards or stickers with a letter and number associated. Artifacts with collection cards may have residue on one side (Museum Grade gel/glue that is easily rubbed off by your hand or rag). This portion of the collection was housed in 26 various wooden frame cases and consisted of some of the best of best New York artifacts that Dave had collected. The 26 cases aligned with 26 letters of the alphabet. The cases were so well documented and displayed that Marburg Auctions created a reference book of the collection.
