Payment Instructions: If buyer is picking up the day of the auction they may pay in person with Cash or Check, all other purchases or multiple purchases under $2,000.00 will be paid for by credit card, cards will be charged immediately following the sale. All purchases over $2,000.00 will be paid for by wire transfer on the next business day, which is Monday June 7th, 2021, No exceptions. If you cannot meet these terms, do not bid. Once the item is sold it is solely your responsibility for payment and pickup. All items must be removed by June 9th as they property is being sold. All items will be sold in AS-IS condition and all items and statements are believed to be true but the auction company is not responsible for wrong information. Buyer is to conduct their own due diligence. For smaller items we can assist in shipping. We will have to bring items back to our facility to process for shipping. Preferred carriers are FedEx and Speedee Delivery. There will be a $7.00 per shipping fee for packing material and handling. All shipping charges will be charged to the credit card on file with Proxibid. Please contact auction company with any questions. All items need to be removed by June 9th. There will be loading assistance on Friday June 4th with a skid loader. ???????Building will be open for pickup on Saturday June 5th from 8:00am to 2:00pm and Monday June 7th, Tuesday June 8th and Wednesday June 9th from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
