Payment Instructions: All internet purchases must be paid for in 5 business days, by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers, and Check or a Company Check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer. ($15 Fee for all U.S and $20 for international Wires) There will be a 4% administrative fee on all credit cards. Maximum of $2500 on a credit card. All purchases not paid for in 5 days will be charged 5% per month with a minimum of $25 a day. 6% sales tax will be charged on all sales, unless purchaser can provide a valid farm or resale tax exemption form. UPDATED INTERNET BUYER'S PREMIUM TERMS : 10% buyer's premium with a $500 cap per item. There will also be an additional 2% Internet Fee with no cap.

Driving Directions: Auction to be held at the intersection of Route 914 and Horst Road at 5150 Horst Road. From Interstate 70 take Interstate 81 north approximately 20 miles to exit 10. Turn right on Route 914 headed east. Auction is a quarter of a mile on your left. From PA Turnpike Interstate 76 take Interstate 81 south approximately 42 miles to exit 10. Turn left on Route 914 headed east. Auction is a quarter mile on your right. Any questions please contact the auction house.

Marion Auction LLC is not responsible for accidents on the auction yard or no shows. UPDATED INTERNET BUYER'S PREMIUM TERMS : 10% buyer's premium with a $500 cap per item. There will also be an additional 2% Internet Fee with no cap.
