All purchases not paid for in 5 days will be charged 1.5% per Month. 6% sales tax will be charged on all sales, unless purchaser can provide a valid farm or resale tax exemption form. Driving Directions: Auction to be held at the intersection of Route 914 and Horst Road at 5150 Horst Road. From Interstate 70 take Interstate 81 north approximately 20 miles to exit 10. Turn right on Route 914 headed east. Auction is a quarter of a mile on your left. From PA Turnpike Interstate 76 take Interstate 81 south approximately 42 miles to exit 10. Turn left on Route 914 headed east. Auction is a quarter mile on your right. Any questions please contact the auction house.
