Payment Instructions: Payment due in full on auction day. All NEW buyers must have a letter of guaranteed funds provided to the auction company or to Proxibid at the time of registration. Shipping Instructions: All shipping is the buyers responsibility. All items are to be removed from the auction site one week from auction day. All buyers are responsible for their own loading and rigging. Load out tickets will be required to load equipment. If a piece is to heavy for our equipment, buyers will need to make arrangements for rigging.
Preview Date & Times: Auction preview will be for two days prior to the auction from 8:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M.
Checkout Date & Times: We will be at the lot from 8:30 until 4:30 P.M. for check-out for one week following the auction. Please contact us ahead of the auction if additional time would be required. Bidders are responsible for their item once bid off. Thank you.

Driving Directions: From Bloomington, IL- Take Rt. 51 South- stay on the 4 lane around Clinton, IL and continue 2 miles to the auction site on the East side of Rt. 51. From Decatur, IL- take Rt. 51 North to the auction site. From Springfield IL- Take I-72 East to Decatur, IL- then take Rt. 51 North. From Champaign, IL- Take I-72 West to Decatur, IL- then take Rt. 51 North.
