Driving Directions: Auction Location: 1064 East Main St. (rear), New Holland(Blue Ball), Pa 17557 From Rt. 222 & Rt. 322 in Ephrata, Pa , travel East on 322, 6.5 miles, to Blue Ball to right turn onto rt. 23 west, 100 yards to left onto Ranck Church Rd. Auction is in Barn behind Interior Design Center. Limited parking at main entrance in rear. Park in front of barn, NOT in landscape center.

Furthermore, Auction company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and auction company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of auction company or auction company's consignor/sand or seller/s.
