The 6 long edges are lined with an interlocking chain. One corner of the interlocking chain is no longer interlocked. Figural Parrot Lamp #1 of 3

Lot # 4 (Sale Order: 4 of 175)

Measuring just a bit over 15" tall with lots of great color. The bottom of the base is marked with the number 3539. This is mostly of a heavy cast metal while the cage in the parrot’s beak is a thin metal. The lining on the inside of the cage is a thin material - perhaps mica. The lining is cracking and brittle. We have not tested this as the wiring around the beak is worn through to bare wire. There are some chips and wear to the colored sections. This has been wiped with a soft cloth but not cleaned. Therefore, you will find some dirt and dust. See the many photos for all of the close up details. Please remember, we will call you for your credit card information if you are a winning bidder. Figural Parrot Lamp #3 of 3

Lot # 6 (Sale Order: 6 of 175)

Measuring just a bit over 15" tall with lots of great color. The bottom of the base is marked with the number 3539. This is mostly of a heavy cast metal while the cage in the parrot’s beak is a thin metal. We have not tested this as the wiring is bad. The replacement switch below the base is too large so the lamp does not sit level. The socket is loose. There are some chips and wear to the colored sections. This has been wiped with a soft cloth but not cleaned. Therefore, you will find some dirt and dust. See the many photos for all of the close up details. Bellova Desk or Boudoir Lamp with Bellova Glass Shade

Lot # 7 (Sale Order: 7 of 175)

This little beauty measures 9 3/4" tall to the top knuckle. The tag reads; “Trademark Bellova H. G. McFaddin & Co., N. Y.” This is heavy for the size. The brass tone base has leaves and acorns. Both of the knuckles work making it 2 way adjustable. The reverse painted glass shade is marked with the Bellova loga, “Bellova Czechoslovakia” and a number that is probably 1103 or 1183. The mark on the shade is not easy to find but it is on the inside of the shade, in the center of the front. The shade is held in place by a brass tone ring on the inside of the shade that attaches to the socket. The shade is 5 ½" long by 3 ½" at the bottom or opening. The light was tested and it works but the wiring is somewhat brittle especially near the plug. The decorative socket covering is cracked on 1 side from the push-button down about 1" in length as shown in 1 of the photos. The protective felt covering on the bottom of the base is coming off. The knuckles are both marked; “Pat. 7 - 10 - 17". This will be shipped with the shade off so will you need to put it back on when it arrives. This has been wiped with a soft cloth but not cleaned. Therefore, you will find some dirt and dust. While this may have been briefly tested to see if it will work, please have all electrical items checked by a professional. See the many photos for all of the close up details. Please remember, we will call you for your credit card information if you are a winning bidder. We have our own credit card processor and therefore, we do not process our credit cards through Proxibid or APN even though you are required to have a credit card on file with Proxibid to register to bid. Blue Slag Glass & Metal Lamp, Inscribed 1906

Lot # 8 (Sale Order: 8 of 175)

It is 19" tall, the base bottom is 7" square and the shade bottom is 12" square. The inscription plate on the base reads; “St. John’s Lutheran Choir, Lewistown, Pa. October 11, 1906". This has not been tested as it has the very old round, screw in type plug. The pull chain socket is marked; “Harvey Hubbell”, 4 patent dates with the last being “Feby. 19, 02" and “250 V 50 C.P.” (Volts and candle power or light). The metal base and shade support arms look as if they have a brass tone and the metal shade frame has very sparse remnants of brass or gold tone but is now silver and black. Each of the 4 shade support arms is suppose to be attached to the base with 2 screws. Each support has the top screw but only one has the bottom screw. All 4 blue glass panels are present but we have placed only 1 in the shade frame as the other 3 sides do not have enough clips left to hold the glass in place. Two corners of the shade have separated, one about 3/4 of the way up and the other to the top horizontal piece. For shipping, all glass will be removed from the frame. We could also like to remove the shade frame from the base simply by removing the remaining 5 screws. We believe, this will put a bit less stress on the corners of the metal shade frame. Let us know. In some places, the creamy white has dots of a lighter white and tiny black lines. Some have rust colored dots on them. There are some manufacturing blemishes to the gold interior finish. Some have tiny paint dots on them. This has been wiped with a soft cloth but not cleaned. Therefore, you will find some dirt and dust. See the many photos for all of the close up details. Bellova Czechoslovakia Glass Gnome Lamp with Hand Painted Pansies

Lot # 10 (Sale Order: 10 of 175)

It is 10 1/4" tall. The shade is 6 3/4" wide at the bottom. The base and shade are both made of cased glass. The are 3 diamonds with hand painted pansies and leaves on the shade. The bottom of the base is marked with the Bellova Czechoslovakia logo and the number 2126. There is an on/off switch on the cord and the lamp works. This takes a tubular bulb that is presently working but there are no guarantees that the bulb will still work after it has been shipped. The bottom of the shade has a slight indentation as shown in one of the photos. This is a manufacturing blemish and not a crack. In another area and way to thin to have show up in a photograph, there is what may be a hairline crack on the bottom of the shade in the outer layer. It can be slightly felt with the fingernail. This has been wiped with a soft cloth but not cleaned. Therefore, you will find some dirt and dust. While this may have been briefly tested to see if it will work, please have all electrical items checked by a professional. See the many photos for all of the close up details. Slag Glass and Iron, Arts & Crafts Lamp With Round, Screw In Plug

Lot # 12 (Sale Order: 12 of 175)

It is 19 ½" tall, the base is 7" square and the bottom of the shade is 11" square. It is heavy at 13 ½ pounds. While the base needs some TLC today, it would not take too much to take this apart and restore it. It has great lines and the right look! The bottom of the base is marked “1315 PORT BASE”. There appears to be no other marks anywhere. It appears to have the original cloth cord and the round screw in type plug - with that said, obviously we did not test this. (We are not that brave.) There are 4 panels of cream & butterscotch slag glass in the post and 4 panels in the shade as well. One panel in the shade is cracked but it is in place. The shade is held on to the 4 supports with screws and nuts. We will remove the shade from the base for shipping. We think we can also remove the glass from the shade by removing 4 upper plates on the inside - again held with screws and nuts. The glass in the post will need to stay in place as we have not figured out how to get it out. There is enough room inside the bottom of the base, that we will be able to fill it with small packing peanuts. That should protect the glass from the inside. Set of 4 Glass Shades with Cut, Carved or Cameo Design

Lot # 13 (Sale Order: 13 of 175)

Stunning - what more can we say? They do not come much better than this. They are 6" tall and have 2 1/4" fitters. These are cased glass with the outer layer of variegated hues of yellow, orange, peach and almost red over white. These are unmarked but the work is exceptional in our opinion. The 3 stylized trees around each shade being topped with a band of stylized leaves that circles the top of the shade while large leaves form the band at the bottom. You can feel the design because it has been “cut” out of the top colored layer down to the white under layer. There are chips to the fitter rings and some chips to the lower inside rims. We just discovered as we were setting up this evening that one of these is cracked on the inside and another has a crack on the lower rim. This has been wiped with a soft cloth but not cleaned. Therefore, you will find some dirt and dust. See the many photos for all of the close up details. Please remember, we will call you for your credit card information if you are a winning bidder. Set of 4 Iridized Green Glass Shades with White Crackle

Lot # 14 (Sale Order: 14 of 175)

These are 5 1/4" tall and have a 2 1/4" fitter. The white crackle effect is in vertical bands around each shade and has a slightly rough texture. These glow warm colors when lit as you see in the photos. There are chips to the fitter rings. You will find some small manufacturing blemishes to the inside of the ruffle or flare. These are unmarked as to a maker. We have not washed these as we were not sure if soaking in water would damage the crackle - probably not but we did not want to take the chance. Lot # 16 (Sale Order: 16 of 175)

This has the “Handel Lamps” cloth label on the brown felt pad and it is embossed “Handel” in the base. It is 26" tall with the extender and finial. It has a working Hubbell triple socket with pull chains that end with small acorn shaped pulls. The base is of embossed metal that may be bronze or brass. From about where the pull chains end and upward, the base has a semi-gloss bronze color. Going down from that point, it is has a bit darker satin finish, that is more towards the gray side. This portion has scuff marks and lots of tiny white dots that do not come off like paint dots would. This has cloth covered cord and a round 2 prong plug. While this may have been briefly tested to see if it will work, please have all electrical items checked by a professional. This has been wiped with a soft cloth but not cleaned. Therefore, you will find some dirt and dust. See the many photos for all of the close up details. Please remember, we will call you for your credit card information if you are a winning bidder. We have our own credit card processor and therefore, we do not process our credit cards through Proxibid or APN even though you are required to have a credit card on file with Proxibid to register to bid. You pay the hammer price, a 15% buyer’s premium, all shipping, insurance, signature confirmation and a $5.00 handling/packing charge for each lot purchased. If an item that you purchase needs to be packed and shipped by a professional packer, they will call for your credit card information for the packing and shipping fees. We will NOT give your credit card information to the packer/shipper. They must contact you directly to get that information. We will only give them your phone number and address. Signed Handel Piano or Desk Lamp, Probably Bronze

Lot # 17 (Sale Order: 17 of 175)

This single knuckle lamp is 12 ½" tall. The base is 7 3/4" long. It has a cloth label “Handel Lamps” affixed to the brown felt on the bottom. It has a Hubbell socket that has not been tested because the cloth cord is in bad shape. It is almost black in color - we cannot tell if it is patina or paint. There is roughness to the metal on the top of the base. The back of the arm has a crack that extends down to the hole for the cord. This crack does not go around to the front of the arm but it may have been reinforced at one time. The arm is stable and does not move or wobble. This was wrapped with the unmarked glass shade in the next lot. Probably Handel, Bread Loaf Glass Shade With Reverse Painted Border

Lot # 18 (Sale Order: 18 of 175)

This was packed with the Handel piano or desk lamp in the previous lot but it is unmarked and has been repaired. It has a reverse hand painted border design that Handel used on some of their glass shades that we found in our research. We decided to sell this separate from the lamp in the previous lot because it has been repaired. It was in 2 pieces with another crack going the length away from the break. It has been glued back together and glue has been put over the cracks on the interior. Along the cracks, there are some chips on the inside. The right side square bracket is 1/4 chipped away. There is some shiny dried glue on the exterior front. Signed F. Moreau Metal Lamp, Made In France

Lot # 19 (Sale Order: 19 of 175)

It is 27 ½" tall with a 5" diameter marble base. A youth is perched on the side with a basket of grapes. Grapes, vines and leaves are found up and down the base. It is signed F. Moreau and has the round button that reads: “Fabrication Francaise, Paris, Made in France”. Many of the grapes and the skin of the youth are in brown. The one leg has lost quite a bit of the brown polychrome or paint. This has a double “Leader” socket with pull chains, the cap and ornate finial. This has not been tested as the cloth cord is frayed. The center pole is height adjustable and is loose. It needs to be tightened with the nut on the bottom of the base but is too rusted for us to tighten. F. Moreau lived from about 1832 to 1927. There are spots, white residue and wear to the base with most found on the back side. Signed Aladdin Alacite Lamp Semi Nude Lady with Dog

Lot # 21 (Sale Order: 21 of 175)

This is 28 ½" tall to the top of the finial. The alacite finial is in the shape of a wreath. This has a Monowatt socket and it works. The gold highlight details on the base are worn. At the top of the base, there is a darker ring. This may be glue as we see something dribbled down the inside of the base. We see no evidence of a crack or damage at this ring but we cannot see under the 1/8" ring of glue. We do not know if this is something the manufacturer did to reinforce this area or what it is for. This has been wiped with a soft cloth but not cleaned. Therefore, you will find some dirt and dust. While this may have been briefly tested to see if it will work, please have all electrical items checked by a professional. See the many photos for all of the close up details.
