Auction Terms & Conditions Terms of Auction: Meares Company Inc. is representing the seller only in this transaction. We pay cooperating agents 3% at closing. This property is being offered to sell to highest bidder at the auction. An online eleven percent (11%) buyer’s premium will be applied to the approved high bid to arrive at the contract sales price. Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds.
