WE WILL BE ACCEPTING MASTERCARD, VISA, CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK OR WIRE TRANSFER ONLY State and local sales tax will be charged unless a properly executed sales tax exemption form is submitted. All property is being sold as is where is with out any warranty, express or implied. All sales are final. Inspect the property.
