Agreement made to allow the above Buying Party to participate in our live online bidding, which will be in Conjunction with the live Auction to be Held. Once Buyer has accepted all terms and has made appropriate deposit(s), the Online Bidder -"Buyer" will be allowed to place pre-bids/absentee bids, prior to live Auction Start and/or Bid live interactively with the Live Auction on Auction day.
"Buyer" Agrees to be bound by any purchases made by their Pre-bidding or live Bidding at Auctions’ Conclusion. Any purchases made by the buyer are to be settled in full by 4:00PM On Monday, June 10, 2024 at Mel Manasse & Son Auctioneers, 12 Henry Street, Whitney Point, NY.
Online Bidders will be required to make a $10,000.00 wire transfer to Mel Manasse & Son Auctioneers LLC, Real Estate Escrow Acct, No Later than Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 12:00Noon, to be accepted to Participate in the "online bidding" for the Auction. In addition to his/her deposit, buyers will be required to complete and sign their online bidding agreement. Buyers will need to be approved and complete this agreement before their registration will be accepted. If the "online buyer" Purchases the Property, their wire transfer deposit will be applied toward their Deposit. If there is a surplus in their deposit, to their required down payments, they would be refunded by Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 12:00Noon. If an online Buyer wires their deposit and makes no purchases their deposit would be returned in full by 12Noon on Thursday, June 13, 2024. If the buyer needs to make additional deposits, in addition to their deposit, these monies will be due by Monday, June 10, 2024 at 4PM, NO EXCEPTIONS! The additional monies due can be paid by cash, good check or wire transfer. No Credit Cards will be accepted.
Randal M. Hadeed makes no representation, or any kind of warranties as to condition of any of the properties to be sold at Auction. All properties will be sold AS-IS. All bidders should inspect the properties prior to bidding, and should not buy from the pictures in our catalogs or online. All bidders will be responsible for any Purchases they make online or onsite. LOOK AT THE PROPERTIES BEFORE BUYING! BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
A 10% Buyers Premium Will Be Added To The Final Bid Price. The Total Becomes The Purchase Price. 15% Down Of Purchase Price Required Day Of Auction In Cash Or Good Check w/ Positive ID, Balance Due On Closing In 30 Days – Sells Subject To No Contingencies, Be Prepared.
In addition to the above fees and rules, all customary terms, rules and regulations will apply in addition to these online bidding terms and Conditions.
Any bidding disputes or "tie bids" between the floor bidders and an online bidder, will be decided and recognized by the auctioneer. Auctioneer will recognize the bidder that bids first as the high bidder. A bidder’s status as an onsite or online bidder, will have no bearing in his ruling.
By signing this agreement, the "online buyer" accepts the online bidding terms, in addition to all customary Rules outlined online, in print catalogs and announcements made day of Auction will supersede printed info, if necessary.
