Payment Instructions: All invoices and shipping totals will be tallied and charged to the card on file with Proxibid within 48 hours of the end of the auction. If you have questions about shipping, pick-ups, specific lots or anything else, please contact us BEFORE bidding. If you wish to pay with a card other that the card on file with Proxibid, you should let us know before the end of the auction to avoid a delay. There will be a $25 fee for charging through any means other than Proxibid. All items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment, often 24 or less. We are usually working on invoicing as we package winning bids so that we can have your bids shipped to you quickly with an accurate shipping cost. Paid total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax, handling/box fee and applicable shipping fees and insurance. PICKUPS at our Ringwood NJ location will be scheduled by SignUp Genius through your email on file with Proxibid. Please check that all of your account information is valid when you sign up for the auction! LOOK for the SignUp Genius email, following the auction. The first PickUp Slots will be 11am on Friday following the auction. We will have a number of PickUp time windows on Saturday immediately following the auction. Questions? Call the Auctioneer 201-694-2773 ALL Pick-ups must be made within two weeks of full payment, or holding/storage charges will be incurred. If items are not picked up within 30 days, they will be considered abandoned and will be resold, with no refund to the original bidder. Special arrangements for large orders or certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction. Box/Handling Fee (shipping only) - This fee covers materials and time needed to package your items safely including (and not limited to) boxes, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, foam packaging, tape, labels, etc. We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections. Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per item, which will be incurred starting 9 days after original invoice was sent. If you choose to pick up your winning bids instead of having them mailed, please contact us through text, phone or email BEFORE the end of the auction to avoid any accidental charges. All PickUps will be prescheduled. Ringwood NJ PickUps will be pre-scheduled using SignUp Genius via your email on file with Proxibid. If you are in-between or nearby Lock Haven PA and Ringwood NJ, feel free to contact us for other options. We may deliver for an agreed upon fee. PA residents will be charged a 6% sales tax unless you send Merchant's Wares a REV-1220 Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate, which we will keep on file for future auctions. NJ Residents will be charged NJ Sales tax. You can register your Sales Tax ID with Proxibid, and PA AND NJ residents with a number on file with Proxibid will not be charged sales tax. Large items *may* be sent through UPS if cost effective. *All* items will be insured for the value of the winning bid at the cost of the buyer We will try to combine multiple winning bids to help our bidders save on shipping. Expect a handling fee of $5-$30 per box for this auction, as we will try our best to pack your items appropriately and safely. We have a few sizes to minimize box cost and will try to box your winning bid(s) as efficiently as possible Full payment includes the amount of the winning bid, plus a 15% internet premium, and shipping and handling and insurance fees unless personal pick-up is chosen
