Merchant's Wares may attempt to describe the merchandise online and in advertising, or through other means available, but may not be held responsible for having made or implied a warranty or a representation of fitness for any particular purpose. IT IS UP TO YOU, as the BUYER, to determine the value of each lot and to consider shipping and other fees before bidding. Please ask us BEFORE YOU BID if you have any questions! All lots for this auction are available for preview by appointment with the auctioneer. On-site preview available morning of auction from 8am until 10am by appointment, must be successfully registered to bid in the auction. Online bidders who do not inspect the items must understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item online as well as they might inspect an item in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Merchant's Wares will endeavor to describe in-detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Merchant's Wares will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Merchant's Wares endeavors to provide detailed pictures, adequate and accurate descriptions. You may contact us if you have questions about specific items. ALL Pick-ups must be made within ONE week of original invoice, or holding/storage charges will be incurred. If items are not picked up within 2 weeks, they may be resold or removed from the premises at the cost of the buyer and with no refund to the buyer. We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and an in-person preview if necessary. Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are upto $25 per day per lot, which will be incurred starting 7 days after original invoice was sent.
