All property is sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and any other properties of the items you chose to bid on. Merchant's Wares may attempt to describe the merchandise online and in advertising, or through other means available, but may not be held responsible for having made or implied a warranty or a representation of fitness for any particular purpose. IT IS UP TO YOU, as the BUYER, to determine the value of each lot and to consider shipping and other fees before bidding. Please ask us BEFORE YOU BID if you have any questions!
A selection of lots are available for preview in Lewisburg, PA. Online bidders who do not inspect the items must understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item online as well as they might inspect an item in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Merchant's Wares will endeavor to describe in-detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Merchant's Wares will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Merchant's Wares endeavors to provide detailed pictures, adequate and accurate descriptions. You may contact us if you have questions about specific items, and many of our online auction items will be on display at Silvermoon Consignment and Antique Barn in Lewisburg, PA. There is NO live portion of this auction, but we do offer a gallery space for inspection when possible. You may also choose to pick up your winning bids in Lewisburg during store hours, in Lock Haven, PA during store hours, or in Hewitt, NJ by appointment.
ALL Pick-ups must be made within one week of full payment, or holding/storage charges will be incurred. If items are not picked up within 2 weeks, they may be resold, with no refund to the original bidder. Special arrangements for large orders or certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction.
Box/Handling Fee - This fee covers materials and time needed to package your items safely including (and not limited to) boxes, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, foam packaging, tape, labels, etc.
We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections.
Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per item, which will be incurred starting 9 days after original invoice was sent.
