We have tried in good faith to offer an honest opinion of the condition, age, etc of every item and have included pictures for each item which should be considered a major part of the description for each item. All items are sold 'as-is'. There is a 15% Buyers Premium for all online bidders which will be added to the total purchases upon checkout. All accounts will be settled upon completion of the auction and will be charged to the VISA or MasterCard registered for the auction. No Charges will be made on your card until purchases have been made. 2. Live Auctions tend to move quickly so bid early if you are interested in an item. Mike Peterson Auctioneers is not responsible for missed bids and Auctioneer holds final discretion in determining the winning bidder/purchaser of each item. 3. Shipping is offered for all items unless otherwise stated in that items description. Items listed as 'Freight Only' will be arranged through Craters & Freighters with the buyers input.
