WaA359 inspected on slide and frame with serial number on both slide and frame. Eagle "N" proof on chamber, slide, and barrel. Loaded chamber indicator and lanyard loop as base. CONDITION. Good with pistol retaining 80% thinning blue finish . Bright sharp bore and properly operating action. Grips are very good with very slight period warpage. TDW / C&R

Manufactured in Herstal Belgium with rust blue finish, 2 piece checkered walnut grips with Bayard monogram on left side of 6 round magazine well. Marked "ANCIENS ETABLISSEMENTS PIEPER HERSTAL-LIEGE BERGMANS PATENT" on left side. Belgian proofs on barrel and upper frame assembly on right side. Matching serial numbers on frame, magazine and internally on grips. Rear of grip frame slotted for stock attaching iron. Accompanied by wooden holster / stock with "BAYARD" monogram on left side of stock. Stock is oil finished with rust blue finished attaching iron. The model 1908 Bergman Bayard was commercially offered and later adopted by Germany , Spain and most famously Denmark. This is the only example of the commercially marked shoulder stock we have observed and is a recent discovery and never previously offered for sale. CONDITION, Extremely fine with over 97% blue finish remaining, Brilliant bright bore and properly operating action. The grips remain very fine with matching numbers. The stock is exceptionally fine with no cracks or material losses. The attaching iron has some light finish loss but operates properly and locks solidly. TDW / C&R

Pistol retains all matching numbers including 2 believed arsenal renumbered magazines spare firing pin loading toll and leather clamshell holster. Tokyo stacked cannon ball arsenal marking on right rear with serial number and date code 9.11 on right side of frame. Early small guard pattern without magazine retaining spring assembly. CONDITION, Very fine with over 97% blue finish remaining with slight losses on grip straps. Bore is bright and sharp. Action operates properly. Both alloy based magazines have earlier serial number arsenal lined out and matching 935 number stamped at heel of base. Spare firing pin is numbered 614, Loading tool is very fine and without markings. Clamshell leather holster is very good with solid stitching and retains closure strap. SERIAL NUMBER 15265 BARREL 4 1/2" CALIBER 8MM NAMBU MANUFACTURED 1943. Rare Large guard Nagoya manufactured type 14 Japanese Nambu pistol with Kempeitai marked holster and original Kempeitai identification arm band. The Kempeitai were the Japanese secret police and Military police who are known to have committed many atrocities to Allied servicemen and prisoners. most all items that identified them were quickly destroyed at the end of the war to conceal their involvement in these war crimes. Pistol is July 1943 production with matching numbers including magazine. 2 piece grooved wood grips with large Manchurian trigger guard and magazine safety spring retainer. 2 groove knurled cocking knob and all blue finish including bolt with exception of straw finished trigger , safety and cross bolts. Housed in Kempeitai martially marked clamshell fabric holster with Kempeitai embroidered linen armband. Comes with a book by Raymond Lamont Brown titled Kempeitai Japan's Dreaded Military Police. CONDITION, The pistol remains very good with blue finish turning plum from period of use carry and storage. The bore is very fine and bright and pistol retains all matching numbers including magazine. The holster is very fine with solid stitching and intact closure clasp. The armband is very good with light staining from storage in ammunition pocket of holster. A very rare offering. TDW / C&R

SERIAL NUMBER 6757 BARREL 4 3/4" CALIBER 8MM NAMBU MANUFACTURED CIRCA 1902-1910. Manufactured at the Tokyo Artillery arsenal with the newer style of being produced without shoulder stock slot, swiveling lanyard swivel and slide adjustable rear sight. Rust blue finish with the Tokyo Arsenal stacked cannon ball marking on top of chamber. Serial number on underside of barrel lug, trigger assembly and frame. Magazine is mismatched to another pistol 6896. 2 piece checkered wood grips with Kanji markings on right grip panel. Pistol is housed in a late WW2 fiber / lined clamshell holster with shoulder strap and detached lid. CONDITION. Very good with over 80% of the arsenal reapplied finish remaining. Good bore and properly operating action The grips are very good and remain full sized. Complete disassembly was not performed on this pistol due to their issue of breakage during disassembly. Holster is over all poor but restorable. TDW / C&R

CONDITION, Very good with most finish having toned to a mottled blue mixed with plum patina with some areas of light oxidation on barrel and grip straps. Bright finished bolt and trigger assembly. A locked breech single action design using a proprietary 9x19 Glisenti cartridge. The ornate MBT monogram is marked on the top of the barrel extension. Grip safety located on the front grip strap. 7 round detachable magazine . Manufacture (Fabrication) cartouche on right side dated 1910. Inspected TM ( Turani Mario) found on right side of frame. A very complex design that served Italian services well and later replaced with the Brixia manufactured 1913 model. CONDITION, Good with excellent bore and pistol retains over 80% blue finish. Some light areas of oxidation at muzzle and front strap exist. The bore is very fine and action operates properly. Numbers are matching and pistol is missing the take down tool that almost is always no longer with these pistols. The grips are good , full sized and without material loss.
