SERIAL NUMBER: C5094. BARREL: 24". CALIBER: 8MM. MANUFACTURED: 1920S/30S. Export gun (possibly Israeli), with no real markings or proofs. Small cartouche on the left side of the butt. Current configuration is close to a German K98, with the bolt actually being German marked. Sights are also K98 types. Military blued finish and oiled wood stock. Includes attached Israeli sling. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its finish wear. Some freckling on the patina and receiver. Wood has minor impressions and dents, being lightly sanded and oiled. Bore has a lightly frosted surface, with very good overall rifling. Sling is very good overall. C&R JWA

Pedestal blade front sight and 1901 pattern rear. Applied nickel finish for parade use. Front band is blued. Oiled wood stock and smooth metal butt plate. This one does not appear to be U.S. marked but these were used by the Marine Corp for training as they were supposed to be similar the the M-1 Garand. There is an inspector stamp "L" on barrel. Finish is military style green matte parkerized finish. Blade front sight with protective ears, with adjustable Redfield peep rear. Parkerized finish and oiled wood pistol grip stock. Serrated metal butt plate. Original 10 round metal magazine. A rather scarce military training rifle with Marine Corps history. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% finish with some areas of brown patina. Standard Type 99 sights, with anti aircraft wings retained. Military blued finish and oiled two piece wood stock. No cleaning rod. Includes Kokura Arsenal, bayonet/scabbard, with a blued blade and hooked quillion. CONDITION: Metal retains less than 50% of its finish, with most areas forming a natural brown patina. No signs of cleaning or polish. Bolt handle is bent ever so slightly. Wood has light impressions, dents and scrapes. Chrome lined bore has some light frosting in the grooves. Bolt is a bit stiff, but operable. Bayonet has light wear on the blade. No signs of sharpening. Scabbard has a few light dents, and light surface rust. Wood grips have light wear.
