Standard Type 38 sights. Military blued finish. Oil finished two piece wood stock. CONDITION: Metal retains 75% of its finish, with light wear and a few freckles of surface rust. Bolt handle is slightly bent. Wood has numerous handling marks, scrapes and scratches. Small crack on the hand guard, under the rear sight. Bore is frosted with good overall rifling. SERIAL NUMBER:121660, BARREL: 8-inch octagon, with German silver "cone" front sight. MANUFACTURED: Approximately 1863 CALIBER:.44 caliber percussion, 6-shot. Barrel marked 3-lines: "PATENTED SEPTEMBER 14, 1858 / E. REMINGTON & SONS, ILION, NEW YORK, U.S.A. / NEW-MODEL" High spur hammer. Finished blue with 2-piece walnut grips. Faint U.S Ordnance inspector cartouche found on left grip panel. Sub-inspection stamps found on all appropriate components. One of the major handguns seeing service during the American Civil War, and the stiffest competitor to Colt's Model 1860 Army. The New Model Army remained popular through the early 1870's among cowboys and frontiersmen. William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody was noted for favoring the New Model Army. CONDITION: Very good showing little wear with an overall dove grey patina. Brass trigger guard showing an unpolished dark mustard patina. NATIONAL ARMS CO. FRONT LOADING REVOLVER W/CASE

SERIAL NUMBER: 29299 BARREL: 3-1/4 inch round barrel with German silver blade front sight. CALIBER: .32 teat-fire. 6-shot cylinder. MANUFACTURED: 1864-1870. Engraved brass frame with blued barrel and cylinder. Two-piece gutta percha "birds head" grips. Scarce variation with Hooked Extractor mounted to right side of frame, approximately 7,000 produced. This revolver was one of the most successful attempts to circumvent Rollin White and Smith & Wesson patents for a bored through rear loading firearm. Sales being so strong Colt Firearms purchased the company in 1870. Complete with original "French fitted" wooden case with green color interior also, including 7-ea. .32 teat-fire cartridges. CONDITION: Very good with an untouched natural patina overall. Brass shows a pleasing mustard color patina, with clear engraving. Balance showing a clean dove grey patina. Initials "HMV" lightly scratched on right side of barrel lug. Action functions properly being tight and crisp. Bore is fine showing strong rifling. Grips show modest wear with couple minor chips. Standard sights, arsenal blued finish and oiled wood stock, with brass butt plate. Later production brass stock disc. Magazine cut off is retained. Blued steel magazine is original, but not numbered. Two WW1 era British leather dog tags are attached to the stacking swivel slot. Both are marked "SGT.HAJN/R.C/197769/R.F.A.". CONDITION: Metal retains 60% of its blued finish, with light wear and brown patina. There is a large gouge on the left side of the receiver (possible battle damage). Wood has light handling marks and scratches. Bore is clean overall, with some very light frosting in the grooves. Strong rifling retained. Mechanically fine. Dog tags are very good. C&R JWA

CONDITION: Metal components have formed a consistent natural patina throughout. Wood has minor scrapes, scratches and impressions. SERIAL NUMBER: 412174. BARREL: 26". CALIBER: .30-06. MANUFACTURED: 1918. Eddystone barrel dated "3-18" under a flaming bomb. "flaming bomb" proof also found on the left side of the action. Stock is "R" marked on the tip, with most other small parts being Eddystone marked. Barrel is uncut and front sight untouched. Rear sight ears have been ground down, and a Redfield peep sight has been added. WW2 era parkerized finish. Oiled wood stock has a boxed "S.A.A." rebuild stamp next to an "S" in a square. Squared "P" firing prood on the wrist. CONDITION: Metal retains about 80% of its parkerized finish, being more worn at the receiver. Wood has light wear and scratches. Hand guards and bands are absent. Bore has a clean overall surface, with strong rifling. Mechancially fine. C&R JWA
