BARREL 33". CALIBER 54. Standard two band, full length walnut stock, brass furniture, Enfield rod, large brass patch box, iron hardware. The Harpers Ferry and US marks look to be period removed and now bear a CS stamp. Left side of stock has brass id tag #b1416. Period repair on left side plate. Alterations appear to be period. Condition. Metal is brown patina with some pitting at breech. Wood is solid and very good with small crack on fore-end, some chipping at butt plate and wrist and usual dings associated with a war used gun. Bore is dark. A

Faint "JLA/1892" cartouche on the left side of the stock. Circled "P" firing proof on the wrist. Blade front sight and Buffington rear. Military blued finish and oiled wood stock. Stock has some rack numbers on the stock and comb. Metal butt plate with door for a cleaning kit. CONDITION: Metal is fair overall, with a heavy brown patina forming in areas. Original blued finish. Original rubber forearm, with an oil finish. Butt Stock is a replacement, with an added rubber recoil pad. LOP is: 13-3/4". These are very interesting pistols assembled by Occupation troops and brought home as souvenirs. CONDITION, Good with 85% dipped blue finished with some finish loss on side of slide and high points. Eagle inspection on frame at magazine release. Slide marked " MODEL OF 1911 U S ARMY" Diamond pattern checkered walnut grips and comes with period lanyard loop based magazine. CONDITION, Good with thinning blue finish turning plum from age. Barrel is a post Korean War GI replacement and trigger is post war commercial replacement. Grips are worn but original. SERIAL NUMBER 1857 BARREL 8" CALIBER 9MM PARA, MANUFACTURED 1914 -1921. Produced by DWM from salvaged parts and pistols from WW1. Crown "N" proofed on left side with blue finish and straw finished controls and levers. Slide adjustable rear sight and drift adjustable front sight. Checkered walnut grips with wood based unnumbered white metal magazine. Toggle is without markings other than "GERMANY" for export. Underside of barrel is also Crown "N" proofed with "GERMANY" marking. Pistol comes with board shoulder stock with Finish "SA" in box inspection and is numbered 9891. Also has the 1917 dated leather holster and two unmarked period magazine pouches. CONDITION, Very good with over 90% blue finish and 45% straw finish remaining. Bore is good with slight oxidation in grooves. Several small parts ie: bolt stop, rear sight blade, and trigger are not matching numbers. Grips are marked "GERMANY" internally. Action operates properly. Stock fits very well. Leather is aged but quite serviceable. C&R

SERIAL NUMBER 2411 BARREL 28" CALIBER 2 1/2" MANUFACTURED CIRCA WW2. Black powder Line throwing cannon / gun manufactured by Schuller safety Corp, New York. Black finished iron barrel and mount with brass collar. Smooth 2 1/2" bore that would discharge and projects a projectile with a line attached up to 8700 yards. These were mounted on the decks of Naval vessels as well as used on carts and fired from shore to reach distressed or endangered vessels. Brass nameplate is marked,"SCHULLER SAFETY CORP, 2411 , 122 BROAD STREET NEW YORK" Muzzle is stamped "SCHULLER, 2-1/2" 2411" Firing mechanism is set up for use with a type of friction primer. Cannon in setting on a contemporary iron wheeled cart for display. CONDITION, Very good with bore being dark. Exterior black finish has areas of light brown oxidation. Comes with release papers from Australia with permit to export. This is small portable parapet wall cannon or used aboard ships. Cannon dates to early 1600's and is believed to be of Dutch make in the Dolphin style. Solid bronze that measures 35" in length. Paperwork states it was found in shallow waters of the Madura Straits. This area of the world was the favorite hunting grounds of Pirates at that time. Great conversation piece in wonderful as found condition.
