Brass blade front sight and v-notch buckhorn rear sight. No signs of added finish. Wood was lightly sanded and varnished at some point. CONDITION: Metal components are forming an even gray patina throughout. Wood has light scratches, scrapes and dents. Some surface cracks and dents on the right side of the butt stock. Butt plate is loose. Bore has a frosted surface, with good overall rifling. Mechanically fine. ANTIQUE

No rear barrel sight, but a redfield peep sight is mounted on the left side of the frame. Case colored frame and lever, with blued finish on the barrel. Oiled wood stock and forearm, with original checkered hard rubber butt plate. CONDITION: Metal retains 75% finish, with general wear and some patina forming. Case color is beginning to tarnish. Three line model markings on the tang. Blade front sight and carbine, flip up rear ladder. Nickel finished barrel, with the frame, hammer, lever and butt plate being case colored. Added floral engraving throughout the frame, with an eagles head on the left side, and a Lions head on the right. Gold inlay etching on the border. Elevator is etched with the U.S. seal and "E PLURIBUS UNUM" on the bottom. Barrel bands are blued, with gold inlay borders. Wood has been lightly sanded and oiled. Saddle ring stud and ring are present, with the ring being wrapped in leather, to not scratch the frame. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its finishes, with light wear. Wood has light handling marks. Bore has a few minor pits. Very good overall rifling. Mechanically fine. C&R
