DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! SHIPPING: We will ship what we call smalls, IE: Glassware, collectibles, pictures, etc. using either UPS or USPS Priorty. Your items will be charged separately on your credit card. We will automatically ship, unless other arrangements are made. FURNITURE &/OR LARGE ITEMS: The Bidder is responsible for arranging shipment on heavy, Furniture and larger items. We will NOT call you about this. You must contact us within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction about your arrangements. Items will be held for a maximum of 10 days. If we have not heard from you within this time frame, you forfeit title to property and your items will be sold to cover storage expenses and assocatied costs at next available auction. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Mooreland Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. No statement regarding condition, kind, value or quality of a lot, whether made orally at the auction or any other time, or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. In no event shall Mooreland Auction Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular item or its purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Mooreland Auction Services shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Mooreland Auction Services will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Mooreland Auction Services is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Mooreland Auction Services or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Mooreland Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Mooreland Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Chargebacks on credit cards are not accepted for any reason and will result in a breach of contract of the terms and conditions agreed upon at time of registration.
