If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Your registered credit card will be charged twice. Once, within 24 hours of completion of the auction, for the items you have purchased. Then, your card will be charged again, for the shipping and handling cost. -If you live within the Portland/Salem metro area, we assume you wish to pick up your items. Pickups are available by appointment. We appreciate your support. If you would like to pick up your item in person rather than, having your item shipped you must, pick your item up in Boring Oregon Saturday Feb.27th between 10am-4pm. Please call or text 503-991-0256 for the address to the estate, and to set up a appointment for Saturday. If you can not pick up Saturday and would like us to haul your winning lots to our Auction house in Woodburn, OR we can move your winning lots for a $20.00 flat haul fee. The excludes any furniture. We are not responsible for any furniture removal. The $20.00 flat fee includes hauling multiple or single "small lots" for each customer. Example: Customer A, purchases 4 pieces of art and would like us to move the winning lots to Woodburn. Customer A will only be charged $20.00. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you wish that we ship the won lots. Customers are responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. -Shipping is only provided for smaller items -- not furniture, especially heavy, or over-sized items; buyers must make their own freight arrangements for these items. -All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. Neither Nest Egg Auctions & Estates Company or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. By registering for a bidding number, either in person, online or when placing an absentee, telephone you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied. -There is no charge for Registration, but Nest Egg Auction requires a valid driver's license, and agreement to all Terms & Conditions. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof. -By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone. -Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser. -The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by texting or calling (503)991-0256/(503)383-8429. We do not guarantee authenticity of any item. That is the buyer's responsibility to schedule an appointment and view the items before bidding.
